Our company gives you the right to return products within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt. In the event that you, for some reason, want the replacement of a product, our company gives you the option as long as the following conditions apply:

• You have contacted our company either by phone at +306985659251 or via email at xara_labrou@hotmail.com and you have stated that you wish to change the product within 14 days from the date of receipt.

• The product to be replaced has not been used, has not suffered damage from use and its packaging must be in excellent condition.

In the case of the products damaged upon delivery, we request you contact us within 24 hours, with a photo of the damaged goods as evidence.

•The product to be replaced is accompanied by all the necessary documents proving the transaction (receipt). If the product to be replaced meets the above conditions then you can send it to our headquarters and we will replace it with any other product of your choice.

In this case, you will bear the transport costs of receiving and sending the new one. If the product has not been returned for replacement within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt, then our company does not undertake any replacement.
